Welcome to Pixelated Stories. By using our website (https://shop.pixelatedstories.art/) and placing orders through it, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


Returns

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns that haven’t been requested in advance.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We offer size or color exchanges within 30 days. In these cases, the customer may cover the return shipping cost.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once the return is accepted.


EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

2. Eligibility

2.1. To make purchases in our store, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

2.2. By providing personal information, you guarantee that it is accurate, complete, and up to date.


3. Products and Orders

3.1. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.

3.2. Pixelated Stories strives to display product colors and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors precisely.

3.3. We reserve the right to reject any order if it does not comply with our policies or if there are errors in the information provided.

3.4. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not guarantee order acceptance.


4. Prices and Payments

4.1. All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT).

4.2. Pixelated Stories reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

4.3. We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, and others specified on our checkout page.

4.4. Payment must be completed before the order is processed.


5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Orders will be shipped through Printful, our production and logistics partner.

5.2. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated times will be provided during checkout.

5.3. Pixelated Stories is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs issues for international shipments.

5.4. Shipping costs will be indicated during checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s location.


6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in the order.

6.2. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 14 business days of receiving the order by emailing info@pixelatedstories.art with photos of the product, the order number, and a description of the issue.

6.3. Returns or refunds are not accepted for changes of mind or errors in the selection of size, color, or design by the customer.

6.4. If a return is approved, the customer will cover the associated shipping costs.


7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on the website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Pixelated Stories or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the content without our prior written consent is prohibited.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Pixelated Stories is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or purchased products.

8.2. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the corresponding order.


9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law.

9.2. In case of dispute, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
