Processing and Shipping Times

When will I receive my order?
We process orders within 2 to 7 business days.

Once processed, the estimated shipping times are:

  • Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Japan and Australia: 3-4 business days.
  • International (rest of the World): 5-15 business days (depending on the destination country).

Where is my order shipped from?
We work with an on-demand manufacturing and shipping company that operates facilities in Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Japan and Australia. Depending on your location, your order will be handled by the most efficient center.


International Shipping

Orders shipped outside Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Japan and Australia may be subject to customs duties or local taxes. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend providing your phone number when placing international orders to facilitate delivery and minimize the risk of lost packages in transit.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its status.

Shipping Issues

My order should have arrived by now, but I don’t have it.
Before contacting us, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro Tip: If you won’t be home to receive your order, use an alternate address where someone can accept it on your behalf.

If the shipping address was correct and you cannot locate the package, contact us at info@pixelatedstories.art with your order number. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, contact us immediately. We’ll try to correct it before the order is shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, we can arrange a replacement, but the costs will be your responsibility.


Incorrect or Damaged Products

We’re very sorry if you received an incorrect or damaged product. To resolve this quickly, please email us at info@pixelatedstories.art with:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.


Product Notices

  • Some products may have a slight odor due to the printing process. This odor is temporary and will disappear after the first wash or a few days out of the packaging.
  • You may notice white residues or discoloration on garments. This is normal and will disappear after the first wash.

Please wash the products before reporting an issue, as these concerns are often resolved with the initial wash.
